微推偏喷管设计新方法

摘要: 用计算流体力学方法数值模拟火箭喷管内三维非对称流场特性,在此基础上,可设计出特型和大扩张半角的锥型微推偏喷管,大大扩展了新型喷管的应用范围。试验和应用表明,微推偏喷管是存在的,新设计方法是可行的。

Abstract: Contoured nozzle and conical nozzles having large half-angles can be de?signed with the characteristics of isentropic, non-symmetrical flow fields in nozzle simu?lated numerically by CFD. The applicable range of mini-thrust misalignment nozzles can thus be much extended. Experimental tests and applications on rockets show that the mini-thrust misalignment nozzle exists and the new method of design is feasible.
