摘要: 在对振动和内耗理论进行分析的基础上,设计并研制出弹体药室容积音频检测仪。利用该检测仪能同时给出弹体在脉冲激振条件下的两个音频参数——共振频率和内耗值,进而预测出弹体药室容积,实现生产线上的逐件在线检测。

Abstract: Based on an analysis of vibration and damping capacity, a sonic testing in?strument for the measurement of bomb chamber volume is developed. The instrumentshows simultaneously two sonic parameters the resonant frequency and the dampingcapacity. Throught these factors a forecast on the volume of bomb chamber is given, meeting the needs of 100% on - line detection.
