模拟不同爆炸冲击波的计算方法研究

摘要: 给出了一种可获得不同爆炸冲击波的方法。利用SolidWorks软件建立了冲击波生成区域与冲击波加载空气域的几何模型,采用Hypermesh软件对模型进行映射网格划分,并赋予材料参数和状态方程,通过设计Fortran程序,将所需冲击波的压力-时间曲线,转换为单位体积内能-时间的曲线,应用修正公式对曲线进行校正,然后加载到冲击波生成区域内,最后通过LS-DYNA有限元程序计算获得所需要的平面冲击波场。采用该计算方法可以模拟获得不同爆炸冲击波,误差范围在1.0%之内。该方法为深入研究爆炸冲击波创伤效应提供了一种有效的技术途径。

Abstract: A method to acquire different blast waves is proposed. The geometrical models of the loading area of shock wave and air basin are established using SolidWorks, and then are divided to the structured grids by using Hypermesh. Material parameters and equation of state are assigned to the model. The curve of internal energy per unit volume and time is calculated with FORTRAN program and revised with the modified formula, then imported into the loading area of shock wave. The required shock wave is acquired by use of finite element program LS-DYNA. The proposed method can used to simulate the dif-ferent blast waves with error of 1.0%. The method provides an effective route for research on blast injury.
