重型越野车辆离合器自动操纵系统的设计

摘要: 基于对重型越野车辆离合器工作特性及气助力液压操纵结构的分析,设计了一套离合器自动操纵系统。实现离合器的自动分离、接合和保持的功能需求。该系统同时保留离合器的手动应急操纵功能,从而保证重型越野车辆的战场生存能力。利用协同优化方法对该自动操纵机构的核心部件——操纵油缸进行设计。为获取所设计的自动离合器操纵系统的特性,设计台架试验,进行分离、接合、定点控制等试验。试验结果表明,该离合器自动操纵系统响应速度和控制精度均满足使用要求,为进行自动换挡系统中的离合器起步和换挡控制策略的研究奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract: A set of automatic clutch control system is designed based on the operating characteristic and structure analysis of heavy-duty off-road vehicle clutch and gas power type hydraulic control mechanism. The functional requirements of automatic separating, engaging and maintaining of the clutch are realized. The system has the function of clutch emergency manual control to ensure the battlefield survivability of heavy-duty off-road vehicles. The collaborative optimization method is used to design the oil cylinder, which is the core component of the automatic operation control. In order to obtain the characteristics of the designed automatic clutch control system, a test bench is designed to test the separation, joint and fixed-point control. The test results show that the response speed and control precision can meet the operating requirement.
