双车厢两栖车静水直航下的水动力性能研究

Research on the Hydrodynamic Performance of a Double-carriage Amphibious Vehicle Sailing in Still Water

摘要: 近年来开发了双车厢的水陆两栖车以提高其运载能力。研究基于某型号双车厢水陆两栖车的实尺度模型,采用计算流体力学方法和重叠网格技术建立多体运动的数值仿真模型,双车厢之间采用具有3自由度的球形铰接点进行连接。计算双车厢两栖车在静水中运动的水动力性能,分析前后车体的阻力、纵摇、垂荡运动性能以及球铰连接对车体的影响。研究结果表明:数值计算与拖曳水池试验的总阻力结果基本一致;基于可实现的k-ε湍流模型和多体重叠网格技术,可以很好地实现对双车厢两栖车水动力性能的数值预报;静水直航工况下两栖车的纵倾角度保持在1°以内,纵摇性能优良。

Abstract: In recent years, a double-carriage amphibious vehicle has been developed to improve the carrying capacity of amphibious vehicle. Based on the full-scale model of an amphibious vehicle, the computational fluid dynamics method and the overlapping grid technique are used to establish a numerical simulation model of multi-body motion. Two carriages are connected by a spherical joint with three-dimensional degrees of freedom. The hydrodynamic performances, such as resistance, pitching and heaving motions, of the vehicle under still water condition are calculated, and the effect of spherical joint connection on the vehicle is analyzed. The numerically calculated result is basically consistent with the total resistance of the model towing tank test. The research results show that the hydrodynamic performance of the three-dimensional vehicle can be numerically predicted based on the realizable k-ε turbulence model and multi-body overlapping grid technology. The pitch angle is kept within 1°,and the pitch performance of the amphibious vehicle is excellent during its sailing in still water. Key
