Abstract: Under the development trend of unmanned warfare, the cultivation and application of unmanned combat force has become an important expansion direction in the field of test and training. The analysis by synthesis of the technical characteristics of unmanned combat systems at sea and the generation attributes of unmanned new combat capabilities, this paper constructs and completes the overall framework of marine unmanned test and training system. Focusing on the organization and implementation of unmanned maritime test and training tasks, this paper elaborates on the background of field development and explores key measures to promote rapid development in the field. Facing the needs of actual combat-oriented and systematic organization implementation requirements for test and training missions in the new era, this paper discusses the overall plans and general ideas for the construction of the sea battlefield test training resources and the sea test training blue army, under the technology development background of information and unmanned, forms a methodology for organizing and implementing unmanned maritime test and training tasks and system support from sea battlefield test training resources. The related discussion will provide reference for the implementation of related activities on unmanned test and training field, such as organization implementation of maritime unmanned test and training tasks, resource construction management, test and training blue army organization application, and so on.
