火炮膛内压力波的数值模拟

摘要: 对内弹道均相流数值计算,用拉格朗日坐标下的方程组,容易处理运动边界问题。但对两相流动流场,因流体力学中连续流体线(面)保持性定理不成立,难以建立拉格朗日坐标下的方程组。本文提出采用坐标变换法,建立了拟合坐标系下内弹道两相流方程组和相虚的计算方法,并对海30mm火炮6/7装药膛内压力波进行了数值计算,计算结果与实验结果有良好的一致性。

Abstract: Moving boundary problem can easily be solved with equations under the Lagrange Coordinate System for numerical computations of homogenous flow in interior ballistics. As the law for the persistence of continous lines or surfaces in Fluid Dynamics is untenable in the case of two-phase flow fields, equations for the two-phase flow model under the Lagrange Coordinate System cannot be established. This paper puts forward equations of the interior ballistic two-phase model with fitted coordinates and the relative numerical method adopting coordinate transformation and gives a numerical simulation of the pressure waves within a 30mm Naval Gun with 6/7 charge. The computed results are in good agreement with those experimentally obtained.
