摘要: 本文介绍了电热化学炮VXI测控系统的集成技术。该系统包括时序触发模块、高速数据采集模块、测速模块、开关模块,它能适应电热化学发射系统工作参数多、流程复杂、环境恶劣的特点,同时还兼容常规固体火炮的测控要求。文中提出了VXI测控系统的两种工作模式:联合触发和单独触发,联合触发根据一定的时序触发VXI测控系统中要求动作的模块,这两种工作模式扩大了VXI测控系统的功能。

Abstract: This paper presents a way of software integration of VXI measure-control system. The VXI system includes four kinds of VXI modules : timing-trigger module, high speed DAQ,velocity-measuring module, and switch module. It works well under cases with ETCG propellants is characterized with many working parameters, complex working-flow and adverse conditions. It can also fulfill the SPGjS measure tasks. Two system-triggering models are described: the joint action model and the separate action model. The joint action model triggers all oi the V XI modules according to a set timing sequence needed in a single task. The two forms of system triggering enlarge the VXI measure-controi system’s functions.
