某型火箭炮运弹车自动调平控制系统的设计与实现

摘要: 针对某型火箭炮运弹车的作战使用要求,设计基于液压驱动的四点调平控制系统。该调平控制系统结合现有调平控制系统的调平策略,提出角度误差调平法,采用只升不降、低腿调高的调平策略,有效解决调平过程中的“虚腿”情况。对采集空载和满载两种典型负载下的自动调平数据进行分析。分析结果表明:所提调平策略能快速、平稳地实现车体调平;所建自动调平控制系统具有抗干扰能力强、调平时间短、平稳性佳、可靠性高的特点,适合在军事装备中使用,同时可提升武器装备的智能化水平。

Abstract: For the operational use requirements of a certain type of rocket launcher ammunition supply vehicle,an automatic leveling control system based on hydraulic drive is designed.According to the leveling strategy of existing control system,an angle error leveling method is put forward for the automatic leveling control system. The leveling strategy of “only go up” and a lower leg heightening can be used to effectively solve the “virtual leg” in the process of leveling. The automatic leveling data collected under no-load and full load was analyzed. It is concluded that the proposed leveling strategy can be used to quickly and smoothly level the vehicle body,and the automatic leveling control system has strong anti-interference ability,short leveling time,high stability,high reliability for use in military equipment,and can promote the intelligence level of weapons and equipment.
