质偏对卧式扭摆法测量弹体转动惯量精度的影响

摘要: 分析了质偏对卧式扭摆法测量弹体转动惯量的影响,建立了考虑质偏后描述弹体运动 规律的扭-复摆混合型方程,给出了卧式扭摆消除质偏影响测量转动惯量的计算方法,并且进行了 实例计算。结果表明,质偏对弹体转动惯量的影响不可忽略。考虑质偏后卧式扭摆转动惯量的测 量精度大大提高,从而提高了卧式扭摆法的工程实用价值。

Abstract: The effect of centroidal deviation on rotational inertia measurement is analyzed, and the equations of composite torsion-pendulum which describe the projectile movement rule by considering the effect of centroidal deviation and a calculation method for eliminating the effect of centroidal deviation are presented. The example calculation is conducted. The result shows that the effect of centroidal deviation can not be ignored. Accuracy of the moment of inertia is greatly improved by the method of torsion pendulum which considering the effect of centroidal deviation, the engineering practical value of the torsion pendulum as well as improved.
