中心药抛撒金属颗粒群的初速计算与实验研究

Experimental Study and Initial Velocity Calculation of Particles Dispersed by Center Explosive

摘要: 中心药驱动下金属颗粒群的运动的形成机理与破片运动的形成机理不同,颗粒群初速不能直接应用计算破片初速的Gurney公式得到。中心药柱爆炸抛撒颗粒群的实验表明,颗粒的平均初速低于应用Gurney模型计算的结果。颗粒平均初速不仅与颗粒/炸药质量比有关,还与侧向损失、颗粒尺寸、颗粒材料的真实密度及颗粒间的孔隙率有关。在考虑以上4种因素的基础上对Gurney公式进行了改进,计算得到的颗粒初速与实验结果比较一致。改进后的Gurney公式可较好地用于中心药柱爆炸抛撒颗粒的平均初速计算。

Abstract: There are some differences in dynamic mechanics between metal particle pack and metal fragments driven by explosive, and the velocity metal particles obtained differs from calculation of Gurney model, that imply the Gurney model can not be directly used to calculate the velocity of metal granular swarm driven by explosive. Metal granular swarm dispersed by cylinder explosive was investigated experimentally, and the result shows that the average initial velocity of particles is less than that calculated with Gurney model. Besides the mass ratio between granular swarm and explosive, other 4 factors including lateral effect, porosity, particle size, and true density of particle also affect average initial velocity of particles. Considering the 4 factors, Gurney model was modified to calculate average initial velocity of particles dispersed by explosive, and the result was in good agreement with experiment. The modified Gurney model can be used to the engineering calculations of average initial velocity of explosive dispersing metal granular.
