基于无线遥测的大型装备在线监测与故障诊断

On-line Monitoring and Diagnosis System Based on Telemetry for Large Weapon Equipment

摘要: 针对某大型武器装备系统庞大、故障检测难的特点,提出一种基于无线遥测技术的在线监测与故障诊断方案。方案中各检测仪与上位主机之间通过无线通讯来传递信号与命令,且检测仪直接安装于装备上,从而减少了上位主机与各检测仪之间的大量电缆连接,实现了诊断系统的便携、小型化。该方案采用多级分布式检测与单板多机技术相结合方法,实现了检测信号的高速采集,并运用模式识别与神经网络等技术来实现设备工作状态的自动搜索与在线监测。实验表明,该技术方案能实现大型武器装备的快速、准确故障定位与远程监测。

Abstract: Aimed at huge systems and difficult fault diagnosis of some large weapon equipments, a scheme of on?line monitoring and fault diagnosis based on wireless telemetry technique was presented in this paper. Each test instrument is fixed directly on the equipment and communicates signal and command with a host computer wire?lessly .In this way, cable connections between the host computer and test instruments are greatly reduced, and then the diagnostic system can be portable and miniature. Combined multilevel distributing measurement and single-board multi-chip technology, high speed acquisition of test signal was implemented. Auto-search and on?line monitoring of working state of the equipment were actualized by use of pattern recognition and neural net?work technologies. Experiment results show that this system can implement expeditious and accurate fault posi?tioning and long-range monitoring for large weapon equipments.
