锻压镁合金材料端面高速铣削过程中切削力特征规律分析

摘要: 在切削速度471~2 356 m/min内,综合应用析因试验设计与均匀试验设计,对镁合金进行了高速铣削试验。在分析其切削力特征规律的基础上,建立了高速切削难加工材料工艺中切削力与背吃刀量、每齿进给量和切削速度之间的数学模型。试验结果表明:高速切削镁合金材料时,切削速度和每齿进给量之间的交互作用对切削力有显著影响;切削力与切削用量间存在非线性特征规律;切削用量对切削力的影响效应随切削用量的变化而发生改变。

Abstract: In nign-speed cutting condition, cutting velocity from 471 m/min to 2356 m/min, factorials design and uniform design were applied to the high-speed milling experiments of magnesium alloy. The characteristics of this material in high-speed cutting process were analyzed and a nonlinear mathematical model of the relation?ship between cutting force and depth of cut, feed per tooth, cutting velocity was proposed. Experiments indicate that, under the high-speed cutting condition, the interaction of cutting velocity and feed per tooth is one of statistic significant effects on cutting force; the relationship between cutting force and cutting parameter is non?linear and the effect of one cutting parameter on cutting force is sensitive to the choice of other cutting parame?ters.
