吸能因子在计算弹体侵彻钢纤维混凝土深度中的应用

摘要: 弹体对材料的侵彻过程同时也是材料损伤与能量耗散的过程,因而,靶体材料韧性对弹性侵彻深度有重要影响。但是,现有经验公式均不能反映钢纤维混凝土材料韧性的影响。针对此不足,引入钢纤维混凝土材料吸能因子叩,对试验数据进行了回归分析,并利用GBU-28钻地弹实战侵彻结果对回归公式进行了修订。修订后的公式不仅能反映弹体侵彻过程中的材料强度作用,而且在一定程度上也反映了材料的韧度作用。该公式适用于弹体侵彻钢纤维混凝土深度的计算,并且保持了原公式的简单实用的特点,对于相关工程实践与科研有一定的参考作用。

Abstract: When a projectile penetrates materials, the materials are damaged and the projectile energy is consumed. Con-sequentially, the material toughness will affect the penetration depth significantly. But, the existing experiential formulas to calculate the penetration depth in steel fiber concrete can’t reflect its effect. In this paper, an energy absorption factor of material is introduced and the test data were regressed to establish a modified formula which can reflect not only the ef?fect of the material toughness but also the intensity in the penetration process. This formula is applicable for the calcula?tion of penetration depth in the steel fiber concrete and provides an important reference for the relevant projects and scien?tific researches.
