摘要: 模拟、自动试验技术在活塞热冲击可靠性的研究上已得到充分应用,但热裂纹的观测仍靠人工进行,因而不能及时、准确获取裂纹扩展情况。通过在现有的试验台架上安装图像监控系统,自动保存热冲击过程各循环活塞顶部图片,采用基于联合灰度级分布图的动态图像差分法,有效避免了光照的影响,自动提取出活塞顶部裂纹,为热损伤的量化分析提供了途径。

Abstract: At present, thermal crack is checked manually and the thermal damage procedure is hard to get, though an automatic test technique is employed in thermal shock test. A thermal shock bench was improved by incorporating an image measure system to get thermal crack information where the pic?tures of piston crown were taken by a CCD camera periodically during the test. An effective image dif?ferential algorithm is studied to extract thermal crack finally which can effectively resist effection of il?lumination variation. Image correlation based on dynamic image difference is a practical method in ex?tracting dynamic thermal crack at the thermal shock test bench.
