弹丸膛内姿态与纵向运动测试与分析

摘要: 弹丸发射过程中在膛内发生剧烈的摆动并产生巨大的横向过载,有时甚至能达到纵向过载的2倍多,对引信机构运动产生不容忽视的影响,然而由于身管的遮蔽,使得测试弹丸膛内运动变得极为困难。提出了弹丸膛内姿态与纵向运动联合测试方法,成功地进行了试验,并对频谱分布和时频特性进行分析,为引信设计和故障分析提供了测试手段和分析工具。

Abstract: During launch process, projectile swings violently in bore and generates great transverse ac?celeration that may reach up to two times of the axial acceleration. Due to the shade of barrel, it is hard to detect the movement of the projectile in bore. A union test system for the attitude and axial movement of the projectile in bore was presented. The experiment was carried out successfully. The spectrum and the time-frequency were analyzed by Fourier transform and wavelet analysis. The test method and analysis tools were provided for the design and iailure analysis of fuzes.
