液力自动变速器换挡过程标定方法研究

摘要: 自动变速器电控系统的开发过程包括电控系统硬件开发、软件开发和参数标定三个阶段,其中参数标定过程是实现控制策略,优化控制品质的关键环节。本文针对液力自动变速器换挡品质评价指标,结合Allison 2000液力自动变速器的特点及待接合离合器和待分离离合器的控制油压变化特性,制定了换挡过程开环控制策略,详细分析了需要标定的控制参数特点,确定了控制参数标定方法和标定流程,最后在DEUTZ BF4M 1013柴油机和Allison 2000自动变速器台架上进行了不同负载条件下1-2升挡过程控制参数在线标定方法实验研究。实验结果表明本文开发的液力自动变速器换挡过程控制参数标定方法能够保证换挡过程满足换挡品质的要求。

Abstract: The development process of electronic automatic transmission control system includes hardware development, software development and calibration. Calibration is the key step to implement control strategy and optimize control quality. An open loop control strategy for 1-2 shifting process was determined for the Allison 2000 transmission. The control pressure characteristics of on-coming clutch and off-going clutch were considered by the control strategy. By analyzing the control parameters, the calibration method and calibration procedure for gear shifting were proposed. The optimization object of the calibration method is to reduce the shift jerk with an acceptable shift time. The calibration method and calibration procedure were verified by the 1-2 upshift experimental study. The experimental study was carried out on the test bench under different load conditions. The experimental results show that superior shift quality is achieved following the calibration method and calibration procedure.
