The time-averaged velocity distributions in flows around a Hydronautics foil were obtained by means of a digital particle image velocimetry (DPIV) system. The measured results show that ve?locity distribution in the whole flowing field depends on development of the cavitation structures with decreasing of the cavitation numbers; the high-fluctuating region with lower velocity corresponds to the cavitation area; the lowest velocity distribution in the cavity core behaves more evenly, and be?comes smaller as moving downstream; the main-stream velocity distribution experiences such develop?ing process as the even-the fluctuant-the even gradually behind the hydrofoil; the fluid velocity distri?bution in the cavitation region, corresponding to the front of the foil’s suction surface, approaches that of the main stream region, and the fluid velocity distribution of the other cavitation region is lower, in the supprcavitation stage.

A method was used to prolong service life of gun barrel by adding the nanomaterial to the propellant. Influences of the nanomaterial on the propellant were researched. Especially, dispersing property of the namomaterial influences service life of gun barrel dramatically. The propellant’s antierosion capability can be improved by adding the nanomaterial to the propellant. However, service life of gun barrel is reduced when the nanomaterial can’t be dispersed in the propellant. And service life of gun Darrel at normal temperature is prolonged dramatically when the nanomaterial is dispersed in the propellant.

The blockage probability and the blockage time are two important indexes in assessing the efficiency of airstrips blockaded by cluster munitions. Considering the minimum number of craters which needs to be repaired after encountering with attack, the region-by-region searching method and the randomly sampling method were proposed to calculate the blockage time. A minimum leave win?dow (MLW) with the minimum number of craters was found out as the region to repair, the blockage probability and the blockage time were calculated out by the two methods in which the impact points of the submunitions are generated with Monte-Carlo. An example was given to show that the two meth?ods are reasonable on the condition of adequacy simulating times and enough sampling times, and how to be chosen.

Identifying speed, average tag response times and renaoility are important indexes of weigh?ing performance of the anti-collision algorithm in passive radio frequency identification (RFID) sys?tem. A Query Tree (QT) algorithm is a famous algorithm for lowest-cost RFID tags, but its short?coming is low identifying speed and high average tag response times. A prefix matching binary algo?rithm based on the QT algorithm was proposed. It is the idea of the new algorithm that based on char?acteristic of tag ID composed by several subsections which nave different meanings, after tags ID are i- dentified, a given reader builds a prefix database on the identified tags ID; in subsequent identifying process, the reader uses the prefix database to deduce the tag ID being identified. The simulated re?sults show that identifying speed of the prefix matcnmg binary algorithm increases by four times, aver?age tag response times decrease by three fourth, system transmitting throughput increases by four times as against those of QT algorithm.

3-D relative motion model for missile and surface maneuver target was established. Target velocity and maneuver acceleration were all treated as bounded disturbance. Guidance law proposed in the paper contains two parts those are nonlinear approach guidance law and nonlinear overhead attack guidance law. fhe former guidance law was designed based on the feedback of the pitch and azimuth rate of missile-target line of sight using input-output linearization. The later guidance law was designed based, on the feedback of missile-Target’s line of sight pitch using input-output linearization. Overhead attacking surface maneuver target was realized because the guidance law can guarantee the missile-tar?get’s line of sight pitch to reach negative ninety degree and missile-target’s line of sight angle rate to reach zero simultaneously. Stability and precision of the guidance system were analyzed theoretically. Numerical simulation result shows the effectiveness of the guidance law.

A method for processing the problem resulting from master inertial navigation system (MINS) data delay in transfer alignment was presented. When the slave inertial navigation system (SINS) got the MTNS reference data, the data was processed by Kalman filtering and the time origin was unified to the moment corresponding to the MINS data; the current error estimation of the SINS was obtained by time update. Simulation results show that the transfer alignment performance is im?proved by compensating data delay; in the fast and high accuracy alignment it is necessary to take the MINS reference data delay into account.

An improved method for obtaining dynamic stress equilib?rium and nearly constant strain rate loading was proposed, containing pulse shaper design, nearly con?stant strain rate estimation, the optimum average strain rate determination and dynamic stress equilib?rium analysis. The experimented results obtained from pulse shaped SHPB tests with CFRC specimens show that H62 brass pulse shapers of ?20 mm x I mm, ?22 mm x I mm, ?25 mm x I mm,?27 mm x I mm and ?30 mm X I mm can increase rise time of incident pulse by up to 100% ?160% ; one pulse shaper of a certain diameter can just offer one optimum nearly constant strain rate, and the relationship between them is approximately linear; dynamic stress nonequilibrium coefficient can describe stress equilibrium during SHPB tests effectively.

The cutting test of orthogonal turn-milling thin aluminium-alloy cylinder was performed by MAZAK machine tool, piezoelectricity acceleration sensors fixed to inner wall of the cylinder, PCI- 1712 high speed data acquisition card used for acquiring vibration signals of the cylinder. The acquired acceleration signals were analyzed by MATLAB to obtain the vibration signals in time domain which sign the vibration amplitudes and their power spectral densities which display frequency structure and energy distribution. The tendency of varying self-excited frequency with rotating speed for cutter and wall thickness was analyzed, the main frequency of chatter from technology system was given in fre?quency domain ? The acute chatter signal was decomposed with wavelet packets and the node signal was reconstructed based on energy and frequency distribution of the chatter signal, to gain chatter signal fil?tered by wavelet packets. For understanding the change of turn-milling cutting force before and after acute chatter, the vibration signals of three different cutter rotating speed were decomposed and recon?structed with wavelet packets, to gain forced vibration signals. It is found by contrasting the three forced vibration signals that the forced vibration enhances at appearance of acute chatter with incre?ment of equivalent voltage of forced, vibration, which reflects the magnitude and change of turn-milling cutting force from one aspect. The above analysis of the vibration signal has guidance meaning to machining thin cylinder with orthogonal turn-milling.

A calculation method was brought forward to calculate steady and unsteady natural and ven?tilated supercavities based on the Logvinovich principle of the cavity sections expansion. Unsteady nat?ural and ventilated supercavities disturbed with the changes of disk cavitator velocity and flowfield pressure were simulated by the method. The simulated results indicate that the shape characteristic of quasi-steady natural supercavity is distinct from that of unsteady natural supercavity, the change of un?steady supercavity length lags behind disturbances; the shape characteristic of natural supercavity is al?so distinct from that of ventilated supercavity, ventilated supercavity has longer transition time and larger oscillating amplitude than those of natural supercavity under unsteady disturbance.

For the infrared ground moving object in image sequence emerges diversification in the course of tracking the ooject, any single tracking pattern can not satisfy the requirement of an object tracking system. The multi-pattern tracking algorithms were adopted, in which the correlation matching algorithm based on mutual information similarity measure is used for small abject and the centroid tracking one for large one. The experimental results of two different infrared image sequences show that the algorithm has stable and precise tracking performance, shorter runtime and can fully sat?isfy real-time requirement.
