玫璃纤维复合材料超声C扫描检测研究

摘要: 通过对玻璃纤维复合材料声学特性的分析,在对超声波声场深入探讨的基础上,采用基于超声时域的检测方法,运用超声扫描成像系统对玻璃纤维复合材料深度方向的C型显示、成像特性等方面进行了研究。经实验证明:该方法能够实现对微小缺陷的成像检测。

Abstract: Based on the analysis for the acoustic field of ultrasonic wave, using the ultrasonic detection method in time domain, the C display in depth and the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging for glass fiber materials were discussed in this paper. The experiment results show that the method can detect tiny flaws in the glass fiber ma?terials .
