摘要: 针对目前许多新装备的故障诊断经验知识短缺、知识获取困难的实际问题,提出了一种基于仿真技术的故障知识获取方法。该方法利用武器系统的深层知识进行故障机理分析,在此基础上进行故障建模,通过利用仿真软件得到故障征兆信息,最后通过对结果的分析综合转化为专家系统可以利用的故障诊断知识。实践证明该方法得到的故障信息可靠性高,对于复杂武器系统特别是新装备部队的武器系统的故障知识获取,具有重要意义。

Abstract: Aiming at lacking fault diagnosis experiential knowledge and difficult knowledge acquisition, a knowl?edge acquisition method based on simulation was put forward in this paper. firstly, it makes use of the deep- knowledge of weapon systems to analyzing the failure mechanisms of the systems. Then, the models, able to be used in simulation, of faults are built up, and the premonition information of faults can be obtained after simula?tion. Finally, based on the comprehensive analysis of the simulation results, the fault diagnosis knowledge avail?able in the expert system can be gained. It is testified by practices that this method can find high reliable fault information, and has great significance in acquiring fault knolwedge for novel equipped weapons.
