摘要: 针对导弹系统性能评价过程的复杂性,提出了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)和三角模糊数(TFN)理论的模型,介绍了基于该模型的具体评价过程,并结合实例进行了应用分析。研究结果表明:三角模糊数以及对数最小二乘法在AHP中的应用,使模型能有效结合定性与定量分析,充分综合群组评价意见,并针对每项评价指标都能获得意见的相对一致性程度;此外,模型结构简单规范,易于编程实现,有很强的实用性。

Abstract: To reduce the complexity of performance evaluation for missile systems, a model based on analytic hi?erarchy process (AHP) and basic theory of the trigonometrical fuzzy number (TFN) was given and correspond-ing evaluation process was described in this paper. Applying TFN and LLSM to AHP makes the model combine subjective analysis with quantitative analysis effectively, synthesize expert group opinions adequately and acquire the consistent degree of decisions for each index. In addition, the model can be programmed easily and applied widely due to its simple, normative arithmetic formulas.
