高强化发动机活塞冷却方式仿真

摘要: 通过建立发动机内部活塞与周围环境的传热模型,应用三维有限元方法,对比分析了不同冷却方式对活塞热状态的影响作用。经过对发动机活塞采用内冷油腔、底喷无油腔、无底喷油雾、高位空心环内冷等4种不同冷却方式的对比计算,表明在高强化发动机上仅采用底喷无油腔、无底喷油雾无法满足活塞的使用要求,必须采用强制内部冷却才能有效大幅度降低活塞高温区域的温度,提高活塞的可靠性。

Abstract: A mathematical model of heat transfer between the engine piston and its environment was established. The influences of the different cooling methods on the thermal state of piston were ana?lyzed and compared by using 3D FE method. The results show that the forced oil cooling inside piston including oil passage, injection without oil passage and high location oil passage is an effective method and the cooling effect depends on the location of the oil-way.
