摘要: 通过对高性能粉末冶金气门座圈的切削实验,获知无论是加工精度还是刀具寿命,金属陶瓷是较为合适的刀具材料;根据气门座圈与气门导管孔的位置精度要求,提出新的加工工艺方法,设计了相应的可转位机夹刀片和精密组合刀具的结构。

Abstract: Through machining experiments, it is found that ceramal is an appropriate cutting material for valve seats made of Cr-Mo-Ni powder metallurgy, from point of view of whether the machining ac?curacy or tool-life. A new technique to macnine valve seat conical hole was proposed. Structures of in- dexical inserts and precision combined cutting tools were designed also.
