大型砂尘试验系统U形惯性分离器性能研究

摘要: 砂尘试验是考核武器装备环境适应性的关键项目之一。为了降低砂尘颗粒对试验设备的磨损,需要对流经试验段后的气流中所含砂尘颗粒进行有效回收。本文建立了U形惯性分离器的数学模型,利用数值模拟方法获得了分离器内部的流场分布和颗粒在分离器内的运动轨迹,以及各种气流速度下元件层数不同的分离器的分离效率和压力损失。研究结果表明: U形惯性分离器的效率受风速影响较大,设计合理的分离器能够满足特定条件下的分离效率要求。该研究结果可用于指导砂尘分离系统的设计与试验工作。

Abstract: Sand/dust test is one of the key projects to examine the environmental adaptability of weapon and equipment. In order to decrease the abrasion of test facility caused by the sand/dust particles, the high efficacious callback of particles contained in the airflow is needed. A mathematical model of U-figure inertia separator is established, the flow field and the trajectories of particles in the separator are obtained by using a numerical simulation method, and the separation efficiency and pressure drop of separator with different rows of separate components are obtained at various flow velocities. The simulation results indicate that the efficiency of U-figure inertia separator is affected by the flow velocity evidently, and a reasonably designed separator can meet the requirement of the separation efficiency in a particular situation. All the results provide reference for the design and test of sand/dust separate systems.
