Improved SVPWM of AC Electrical Tank Gun Control System

摘要: 某在研交流全电坦克炮控系统中,设计了一种软开关三相逆变器-辅助谐振换流极逆变器(ARCPI),然而,传统空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)应用于ARCPI时,会导致ARCPI主开关管在部分状态下不能实现软开关条件。针对此局限性,提出了一种改进型SVPWM,可以最大限度地减少ARCPI主开关管不能零电压开通的次数,同时也能降低一个空间矢量周期内主开关管的工作次数,提高炮控系统的工作效率、净化电磁环境。理论分析和实验波形表明:改进型SVPWM在ARCPI中的应用具有可行性和优越性。

Abstract: A kind of soft three-phase inverter, the auxiliary resonant commutated pole inverter (ARCPI) was designed in an researching all AC electric tank gun control system. But when the traditional SVPWM was used in the ARCPI, the main switches of ARCPI couldn’t realize soft switching condition wholly. To solve the limitation, an improved SVPWM method was proposed. It can decrease the no-ZVS’s times of the main switches maximumly and the switching times in one space vector period. Meanwhile, the efficiency of tank gun control system is enhanced and the electromagnetic environment was purified. Theoretical analyzing and experiments waves show that the improved SVPWM method is feasible and superior.
