摘要: 针对舰炮装备复杂度高、故障诊断和状态监控困难这一难题,提出并设计一种基于CAN总线和大容量数据存储的舰炮远程监控系统。通过CAN总线实时采集舰炮武器的状态信息,基于专家知识库对系统运行状态进行实时判断,在状态异常时进行及时显示,采集的信息在加入时间标志后进行在线存储。舰炮状态的采集、处理、判断、预警、存储一体化设计结果表明:该系统实现了舰炮监控的无人化、远程化、自动化,提高了监控效率及系统故障的可追溯性,对舰炮武器的安全工作及故障分析具有参考意义。

Abstract: For the problem of high complexity and difficult fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of naval gun equipment,a naval gun remote monitoring system based on CAN bus and large capacity data storage is proposed and designed. The status information of naval gun weapons is collected in real time through CAN bus. The system operation status is judged in real time based on expert knowledge base. When the operation status is abnormal,it is displayed in time. The collected information is stored online after adding time flag. Through the integrated design of naval gun state acquisition,processing,judgment,early warning and storage,the unmanned,remote and automatic monitoring of naval gun is realized,and the monitoring efficiency and system fault traceability are improved. It is of great significance to the safety operation and fault analysis of naval gun weapons.
