A self-propelled artillery is equipped with the positive independent mechanical split path transmission, which is controlled manually. In practical use, drivers usually take mistake operation at shifting which causes the excessive wear of the main clutch. As a result, the service period of the vehi?cle is shortened severely. To avoid what we mentioned early, we attached an automatic shift system which is developed for tne vehicle upgrade to the transmission to substitute the original mechanical shift system. Then, the following vehicle driving tests prove that the automatic shift system can re?solve the excessive wear of the main clutch; at the same time, the function of the automatic shift of the vehicle can be realized.

A blend brake system of heavy venicle was proposed. The main control part of the system is an electro hydraulic proportional servo valve, through the analysis oi its control property and system feature, a nonlinearable model of the brake cylinder controlled by the valve was deduced. The transfer function of the system was also obtained, and the hydraulic inherent frequency and the PID closed-loop system feature were calculated according to the selected valve feature and the systematic parameters. A PID closed-loop control system was formed. The simulated result is consistent with that tested in bench and on the site with the heavy vehicle of 50 t. The experimental data show that the proposed control method has the quality of quick response and high precision.

Based on discretizational idea, a solver was programmed for confirming position of waterline on amphibious vehicle with known distribution of material. The domain covered by venicle was divided into many cells to compute mass and tonnage through the integral thought. Center of mass, center of buoyancy and position of waterline were also resolved based on equivalent theory of dimensional vector force system and the thought of iteration approach. The program was used on one vehicle under ex?treme condition assuming homogeneous distribution of material. Comparison between computational data and measured data shows that the result is precise enough for later computation of flow field.

The newly developed rarefaction wave gun (RAVEN) can achieve low recoil momentum without decreasing the muzzle velocity of the projectile by means of delayed venting the brcech. The four-stage physical model of RAVEN was put forward using quasi one- dimensional quasi two-pnase flow theory. Taking a 14.5 mm rarefaction wave test gun as the computing instance, tke influences of such parameters on recoil reduction efnciency and muzzle velocity of RAVEN were calculated and ana?lyzed, as venting time of the breech, charge mass, chamber volume, barrel length, projectile mass and length and expanding angle of the nozzle. Besides a new way of modiiying the muzzle velocity and fir?ing rate of RAVEJN was invented.

The evaluation of speech quality is commonly used in the communication countermeasure equipment testing. Its application to the testing is limited due to the inefficiency of existent objective evaluation method. The method of evaluating communication quality with the wavelet spectrum distor?tion measure (WSDM) was proposed after the analysis of wavelet theory and objective evaluation means. The WSDM was defined and the correspondent calculation formula was presented. The testing results show that the correlation between subjective and objective evaluations is improved by the use of the method of evaluating communication quality with WSDM compared with MFCC and BARK spec?trum distortion measure.

At present, the time domain dielectric spectroscopy (TDS) is mainly used to analyse the thin liquid or the substances composed with molecular orderly body. The various relaxation processes desired during using the method are unrelated one another or could be superposable linearly. But the application of traditional TDS is restrained for the analysis of complex heterogeneous mixture. In order to widen its scope of application, an improved method was proposed based on wavelet transform. Through the analysis of the relaxation process of oil-water mixture, the experimental results show that the time domain dielectric spectroscopy based on wavelet transform can exhibit the whole spectrum in-formation of mixture and obtain the various component information in time and frequency domains. Therefore, the TDs method based on wavelet transform can be used for analying oil-water mixture in different oil fields.

A design scheme of an adaptive trajectory linearization control system for an aerospace vehi?cle was presented by using single hidden layer neural networks! SriLNN) . The existing uncertainties in the system were evaluated on-line by the approximation abilities of SHLNN, the effects of the un-certainties on the system performance were canceled by the neural network output. The approximation error was overcome by a robust adaptive controller to obtain a better perform of the closed-loop control system. A rigorous proof demostrates that the adaptive adjustment rules can ensure converging the sys?tem track error to an arbitrarily small neighborhood of zero. The simulation results for the aerospace vehicle show that the on-line neural network based adaptive algorithm has better response performance under the condition of hypersonic flight.

The optimum terminal guidance for long range air-to-ground missile in vertical plane with impact angle constraint was investigated. The missile reference trajectory was designed according to the impact angle requirement. Around the reference trajectory, a linear-time-variable missile-target model was established. The performance index of minimizing the tracking error and control energy was used in the design of optimum terminal guidance law, while the weighting matrices were chosen as the functions of time-to-go. The guidance law is combined by two parts such as the reference trajectory compensation term and the tracking error. The properties of miss distance, control energy requirement and impact angle error were compared with those of the guidance law in Ref. I by numerical simula?tion. TKe simulated results show that the proposed, method is better than that in Ref. 1. The proposed method has reference value for the optimum terminal guidance design of long range air-to-ground mis?sile and guided bomb unit.

Simulating the temperature field of a rocket motor (including propellant) by numerical method is an effective way to get real-time temperatures of the rocket propellant. A physical model and a mathematical model for heat transfer of the researched rocket were established. Because the rocket propellant, which consists of seven columns, has a complex structure, it is impossible to calculate the calculated domain ’ s temperature field with structured grids. So triangular unstructured grids were generated m the domain and then all nodes discrete equations were deduced. The transient tempera?ture field of the domain, including propellant, was worked out by numerical method. The comparison between temperature curves, gotten by calculation and test, shows the calculation result is correct. So the transient temperature field of the complex structure propellant can be correctly simulated by the proposed method.

It is difficult to tackle the problem about testing of attributes between two data sequences for grey relational analysis because the number of data sequences must be more than 2 in order to structure a grey relational space. For this reason, a concept, grey relation, was advanced using rationale of grey system. Started with generation of the fixed value reference sequence from mean of these two data se?quences, maximum grey difference, minimum coefficient of similarity and weighting coefficient of sys?tem attributes were defined, relational properties and theorems were given, and accordingly an especial grey relational space, viz. grey similarity space which permits the probability distribution unknown and the number of data small, was formed. On grey similarity space, a testing criterion of system at?tributes was proposed, carried with its corresponding grey confidence level. Experiments on the error coefficient of strapdown inertial measurement unit (SIMU) and the effectiveness of weapon systems show that grey relation is provided with significance at the above 95% grey confidence level.

With the help of rapidly developed computer technology, the numerical simulation has be?come an important research tool in simulating blasting processes in various medium and their near-field wave effects. Against one of the important application subjects of blasting technique in engineering, the vibration and response of underground structure under blasting load conditions were studied numer-ically. By analyzing an equivalent source model for the blasting vibrations of a fragmenting blasting, it may be seen that the model proposed in this paper reflects the main physical characteristics of the blast?ing vibrating processes, and it is simple and easy to implement in applications. By using the equivalent source model, vibration process of underground structure under blasting load conditions was realized in FEM for the purpose of numerical simulation. Transient disturbance and propagation characteristic, such as frequency characteristic and amplitude change rule were analyzed and compared with the exper?imental data. It explains the near-field explosion phenomenon and provides theoretical gist for experi?ments ? The numerical simulation oi m situ experiments verifies the validity of the method and provides good base for future work.

The adducts formed between HNIW with DMF and DMSO were prepared in the solution of DMF/H2O, DMSO/H2O respectively. IR spectrum shows that the crystal forms of HNIW in the adductvS of HNIW/DMF and HNIW/DMSO are α,ε form respectively. The molar ratios of adducts of HNIW/DMF, HNIW/DMSO are both I : 2 determined by 1H NMR techniques. Data of TG-DTA shows that the thermal stabilities of the adducts of HNIW/DMF, HNIW/DMSO both decrease. DM- SO can obviously accelerate decomposition of HNIW.

The ability of intercepting and tracking for air defense antimissile system can be effectively improved by top observation with aerostat. For providing target set data for ground weapon with aerial measurement, the high-precision measurement of the attitude of aerostat used as tracking plateform has to be solved. A novel method for the attitude measurement of aerostat via a single camera was pro?posed. It is the mechanism of the measurement that based on the set ground signal beacon and the pro?cessed signal beacon video image taken by double-focus CCD, the yaw is given by Euler angle and the roll and tne pitch are given by direction cosine relationship taking account of the sensitivity of attitude measurement with the attitude angle variation. The measurement precision was improve by various beacon informations, the estimated error is less than I milliratian. The experimental results of static precision measurement show that the method is feasible.

The robust H2 filtering problem for linear discrete-time systems with polytopic uncertainty was investigated. By using linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, a new extended H2 performance criterion for discrete-time systems was established. Based on this, a relaxed sufficient condition for the existence of robust H2 filter was derived, which provides additional degrees of design freedom. Both theory analysis and simulation results show that the proposed approach is less conservative as compared with the existing design methods.
