The actual combustion law of the gunpowder with inner holes can be changed by the erosive burning whicn is an universal burning phenomenon of the gunpowder. The pressure difference between the inner and the outer of gunpowder holes caused by the loading density variation of propellant charge makes the erosive burning occur at the inner holes during in-bore burning. The effect of the erosive burning on the burning speed for the propellant was studied by the factors of flow rate, heat transfer and erosion of the combustion gas. The mathematic model of erosive burning of the propellant was es?tablished. The effect of the factors such as loading density, hole size and grain length on the erosive burning and interior ballistics performance was analysed. The method improved the bore pressure for small charge mass and small firing range by the erosive burning was proposed.

The Beowulf parallel computer cluster was constructed, and its efficiency was analyzed. The parallel FDTD program was designed for simulating the time-domain scattering far field properties of some dipole array antenna with reflector. The distribution of current density on the reflector, the backscattered pulse time-domain waveforms and the energy patterns of dipole array with reflector were given. The relation of the energy and the peak-amplitude of backscattered field of the dipole array with reflector to was studied. It was found that the changing of scattering energy is more obvious than that of scattering field peak value.

The design method of a new shaped spherical reflector antenna with a norn feed for wide-an?gle scanning was proposed, in which the phase center position need not to be solved to determine the optimal position of the horn feed. The result of numerical calculation was analyzed. It is found that the shaped spherical reflector antenna has better electrically performance than that of the spherical reflector antenna and can scan in wide angle on the vertical plane, at the maximum gain value under the condi?tion of the same feed source and aperture of the reflector.

Parallel processing can decrease the response time of military information system; load un?balance is an important factor that lowers the performance of parallel processing system. A new dy?namic load balancing (DLB) algorithm was presented, the number of processes that heavily loaded node wants to emigrate or lightly loaded node can immigrate is included in the DLB messages, and the range of searching lightly loaded node is also enlarged. Both of the above mentioned strategies help heavily loaded node emigrate loads to many lightly loaded nodes. Moreover, three algorithm rules were presented to avoid the route coupling of DLB message transmission. Experiments were executed to compare the effect of the presented algorithm with that of other three existing DLB algorithms. The experimental results show that the presented algorithm effectively decreases the average response time when multi-processor system dealing with great scale compute-intensive tasks.

Taking aim at the growing need of group communication, a password authenticated group key agreement protocol (PAGKA) based on password was put forward. The PAGKA flow is as fol?lows. Based on different password and with a trusted server help, PAGKA can withstand off-line dic?tionary attack and validate each other. Under the condition that the server can’t get the session key during all the protocol process it transfers the related information to clients. According to the informa?tion transferred by the server, all clients can compute the session key individually by the owned secret. PAGKA can achieve random group members’ addition or delete based on forward security and back?ward security. The comparison of the security and the performance among GDH, N-party-PAKE and PAGKA shows that PAGKA has distinct superiority.

An algorithm of broadband minimum variance distortionless response (MVDR) based on the frequency energy normalization was proposed. It is the algorithm flow that every narrowband frequen?cy component of the broadband signal is normalized by the total narrowband energy of all array ele?ments, the narrowband output power is calculated by MVDR, final spatial energy spectrum can be ob?tained by averaging or summing all results of every narrowband frequency bin. Any prior-information about the noise or the signal is unnecessary for the proposed algorithm ? The processing gain of the pro?posed algorithm compared to the conventional broadband MVDR can be obtained as long as the ampli?tude fluctuation of the array noise frequency spectrum is severer than that of the target signal. Based on the optimal signal detection theory, the validity of the proposed algorithm was validated in theory. simulation and real data are used to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm. The analysis results show that the processing gain can be improved by 4 dB with the proposed algorithm compared with the conventional one.

The motion of a rigid body includes linear and angular motions, the latter is usually mea-sured by gyroscopes. The researched result shows that it is possible to determine the angular motion of a rigid body using only accelerometers instead of gyroscopes. The key to the solution of tnis problem is choosing the location and the orientation, namely, the configuration of these accelerometers. The fea?sibility of gyroscope free strap-down inertial navigation system (GFSINS) based on accelerometers was analyzed and deduced. Considering Chen’s configuration of 6 accelerometers and a kind of configura?tion of 12 accelerometers, the expressions and the test calibration method oi installation error were pre?sented, and the installation error was compensated. It can be used in medium precision and lower cost inertial technology.

The independent direction is a key technology for large scale equipments of photoelectric tracking and inertial navigation. In order to satisfy the demand of fast high precision independence north-seeking, the accelerometer dynamic north-seeking (also by the name of non-gyroscopic north- seeking) system based on LX)riolis effect was lucubrated. According to the working principle of ac?celerometer north-seeking and project practicality of north instrument, the vertical angular velocity turntable scheme was devised. The structure scheme was actualized by choosing the accelerometer and photoelectric coder and designing the turntable and data processing. Based on the principle expressions of accelerometer output, the critical factors of affecting accelerometer, including rotating speed error, eccentricity error, angular error, sampling error and so on, were analyzed in detail by the numerical value. The error of the prototype was calculated by its actual parameters, and the standard deviation of north-seeking is 88".

A method of estimating the attitude and the position of flying projectile controlled by com?bined guidance was proposed based on magnetometer/GPS. The model of trajectory and attitude of fly?ing projectile were established by two simplified random dynamic functions respectively. The trajectory and the attitude of the projectile were estimated by the measured values of magnetometer/GPS based on Kalman filter and Unscented transformation. The results simulated by 155 mm spinning projectile show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.

Combined the advantage of fault tree analysis (FTA) with that of expert system (ES), a di?agnostic ES for electronic system of general equipment based on FTA was designed and implemented. It is the conception of the diagnostic ES that suited top event is searched by input fault phenomenon, top event fault tree is generated, and minimal cut sets are computed by Fussell algorithm, test flow is created according to the order oi importance of minimal cut sets in wmch the users can be guided to find fault part. The establishment of knowledge base of ES based on relational database ^RDB) and computing oi importance of minimal cut sets through using the reciprocal of mean time between failure (MTBF), the general structure and reasoning process of the system were illustrated with an emphasis. The application of the system to an example shows that it resolves the problem of knowledge acquisi?tion well and keeps a high efficiency of the expert system with the integrity of the knowledge.

The launching of underwater missile is a nonlinear coupling process of water, structure and air, which integrates nigh-speed flow, impact and structural response into a whole, and is a key seg?ment of submarine carried missile launching. The three different models with ALE muiti-material mesh including water, air missile, silo and cover plate were built by LS-DYNA. The process of sub-marine-launched missile without attack angle was simulated by the penalty FSI ? The axial acceleration of missile centroid, water resistance force and resistance coefficient and pressure distribution of cavity zone were obtained. The simulated results show that the process simulated by the model I is coincident well with that launched by the real missile. Additionally, some advices of FSI method and simulating experiences were concluded. It provided a new kind of reference standard for missile design and nu?merical simulation works of underwater loading.

Considering the attack process of the television guidance UCAV, taking a terminal guidance law of UCAV as a problem of tracking the target at meeting the impact attitude angle restriction, the law based on autopilot was designed, which eliminates the influences of dynamic factor of autopilot and gravity factor on hitting the target. The parallel approach acted as the assistant guidance was used for designing the law to conquer the defect of the pursuit guidance. The law with Kalman filtering makes UCAV attack either immobile target or mobile one at low speed and hit the target perpendicularly to improve the operational efficiency.

TiAlN coating and TiN coating were deposited by the multi-arc ion plating on LY12 alu-minum alloy which is used for tank-engine compressor blades. Their surface morphology and phase were analyzed by metallographic microscope and XRD. The results tested by XRD show that the TiAlN coating with close packed lattice (111) is more compact than the TiN coating with non close packed lattice (222). The corrosion contrast experiments show that the corrosion resistance of the samples deposited with TiAlN coating is better than LY12 aluminum alloy and TiN coating.

Taking aim at the speedy and cooperative requirement of weapon-equipment development as well as the status of the productive conditions of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, quasi-enterprise regrouping as a new manufacture-organization-mode was put forward,and its establishing method and realizing technology were researched. The basic regrouping in quasi-enterprise regrouping system is equipment regrouping in workshop layer. In order to carrying out equipment regrouping, a machine tool assistant controller was designed using SPI bus, meanwhile the structure of a workshop was set up in which the machine tool assistant controller was used on the machine tool especially integrated from outside workshop or enterprise. It is proved that the integration degree and management level of the regrouped manufacture system are improved by making use of the machine tool assistant controller.

The failure process of mechanical equipments usually consists of a series 01 degraded states, correctly recognizing and estimating the current state of the equipment has important meaning for far- ther preventing equipment from degrading and failing. The equipment degradation state recognition method based on wavelet feature scale entropy and HSMM was proposed. It is the procedures of the method that the signal is decomposed by wavelet transform, the wavelet feature scale entropy is ex?tracted, the wavelet feature scale entropy vectors of the signals which are inputted to the HSMM for training are constructed, the running state classified model of the equipment based on HSMM is con?structed to recognizing tne equipment degradation states. A roller bearing was taken as an example and several states of roller with normal state and different fault severity states were recognized by the pro?posed method. Experiment results snow that the proposed method is very effective.

A Bayes plan of reliability qualification test for success/iailure product was studied based on the mixed Beta distribution. The Bayesian decision model of the plan was established based on the mixed Beta distribution, which is made by introducing the factor of inheritance regarded as a random variable into Bata distribution to make the plan accord with engineering practice. The outcome of the example given in this article indicates that the quantity of the test are too conservative according to classical methods using small binomial samples; although traditional Bayesian analysis can consider test information from related or similar products, it ignores the differences between such products; the method proposed in the paper can solve the problem successfully, rationally and practically.

The data association in passive location system was proposed, which is essentially searching the maximum of the posterior probability. The mathematical model of joint data association for two passive sensors in 3-D was established, the solving of maximum of the posterior probability was trans?formed into a particular assignment problem. The number of assignment is uncertain due to the missed detection and false alarm, so a new method based on the improved partheno-genetic algorithm was pro-posed. The solution matrix and its column are respectively regarded as the individual and the gene, the crossover, and the mutation were performed to the individual. The simulated results show that the proposed method has the character of fast convergence and high association accuracy, so the model and the solving process are right.

To solve the ground weapon network optimization problem against small object of low alti- tuae, a new evaluation index system was proposed based on the concept of direction probability. By- calculating the whole damage probability that follows with the change of the defending angle, the effi?ciency of the weapons networks was subtly described. With such method, the inconformity of the de?scription obtained from the traditional index systems, such as those based on the covered area, was avoided. By transforming and regularizing the computation result with the Sigmoid function, the matching problem between the optimization algorithm and configuring the weapon array system was well settled up. Three new coefficients were also proposed, such as join-coefficient, overlap-coefficient and cover- coefficient, to manage the relationship among several sub-weapon-networks. The proposed index system was simulated by the algorithm of improved marriage in honey bee optimization which is applied to optimizing the configuration problem in the chosen area. The simulated results show that the proposed index system can effectively combine with the improved algorithm to settle up tne grouna weapon network optimization problem.

The simulation framework for velocity control of the large hydraulic-driven mechanism erec?tion system based on software interfaces was constructed. The multi-body dynamic model of the erect?ed mechanism system was built using Pro/E and ADAMS, the hydraulic system model was built in AMESim environment, the multi-stages cylinder model was built by Simulink modules and the control system program was coded utilizing S-function. The integration of simulation models for multidisci?plinary system was realized by software interfaces. In according to the characteristic of the impact dur-ing the start and stage changing process for erect system, the erect velocity was marked out using sinu?soid of acceleration, and the human simulated intelligent controller was applied to the velocity tracking of the erect system. The simulation results demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of this method.

The photoelectric detection principle and method of the uniformity between the cradle hori?zontal platform and the fiducial barrel axis of the rocket were presented. It is the procedure of the method that the fiducial barrel axis is established by the laser autocollimation with the precision of I" and the silicon bell of four quadrants, the angle included between the cradle horizontal platform and the fiducial barrel axis of the rocket and the inclined aspect are measured and displayed by the electro-gra- dienter with the precision of 2〃 and sent to the computer ana processed in real time. The measurement system including localized calibrating equipment in the front of the barrel and the localized adjusting equipment in the back of the barrel was designed. The measurement accuracy of the system was ana?lyzed, which is σ≤ 11.8".

The mass center motion equations of a damp-increasing range correction projectile were es?tablished by the concept of damp-increasing coefficients. The conclusion that the longitudinal accelera?tion is invariable in terminal trajectory of the projectile was obtained by theoretical analysis and numeri?cal simulation. The quadratic relationships between S2 vs. △t and △d vs.△t were acquired by above conclusion and verified by numerical simulation. Base on the relationships, the approximate formula of the damper deployment time was deduced by time correction factors. To improve the correction preci?sion further, a proportional acceleration convergence algorithm was adopted, and the predicted preci?sion of falling point was achieved by the algorithm in less times of trajectory repeat computation. The simulation result shows that the algorithm is correct and feasible.

A research on the electric characteristic of step recovery diode (SRD) excited by square wave was done in depth. SRD was modeled as the parallel connection of a pn diode and a junction varactor. The model of the junction varactor is based on the tested data from the SRD characteristics. The junc?tion varactor is fitted by three linear junction varactors. A method of generating ultra-wideband (UWB) monocycle short pulse based on SRD and Schottky diode was proposed. The operation theory of this method was analyzed theoretically and simulated in ADS. Novel UWB radar transmitter was developed. Through testing the pulse width of monocycle pulse 400 ps, and the amplitude of peak-to- peak was 15 V. The test result is coincident with the simulated result, which proves the veracity of the SRD model and the analysis on short pulse generation circuit.

On the foundation of concise introduction for attitude angles and the earth’s magnetic field, electronic compass principle was analyzed, and based on the magnetoresistive sensors, the MEMS ac?celerometer and SoC(System on Chip) MCU,the electronic compass was designed and implemented. According to its main constitution components, the system error analysis, compensation and calcula?tion were carried out. This electronic compass is small in size, light in weight, low consume in power, low price and with the merit of high accuracy. The tested result indicates that it can be well used in MAV and subminiature flight vehicle attitude control and navigation.

The reinforced effect of steel wire net and steel fiber on the reactive powder concrete (PRC) was studied. The strengths of bending, compressing, splitting tensile and impact were tested and ana?lyzed by the designed specimens made from RPC reinforced with steel wire net and different volume contents of steel fiber admixture. The test results indicate that the steel nber can enhance the perfor?mance of RPC reinforced with steel wire net; the optimum volume content of steel fiber is 2 % .

Considering the problems of the model of grey relation analysis in evaluation of weapon sys?tem, an evaluation model of grey relation analysis based on the theory of rough set was proposed, the basic evaluation procedures of the moael were described and application analysis of the model was done on actual torpedo systems. The evaluated result shows that the grey relation evaluation model is effec?tive and feasioie, the problems in original evaluation can be solved, and the objectivity and the correct?ness of the evaluation conclusion can be improved by the model. It provides a scientific decision founda?tion theoretically for development demonstration and practical operation of the weapon system.
