摘要: 1,3一二(3ˊ-氯苯胺基)-2,4,6-三硝基苯是新型耐热炸药的重要中间体,是由三硝基间二氯苯与间氯苯胺经Ullmann缩合反应蔼成。本文主要研究了该缩台反应和反应温度、反应时间、反应料比等单因素的影响,以及它们的正交实验,从而确定出其制备的最佳工艺条件。该工艺条件下获得的产品经红外、质谱和元素分析等结构鉴定表明与设计化合物基本相符。

Abstract: 1,3-bis ( 3ˊ -chloro-anilino)-2 9 4,6-trinitrobenzene is an important intermediate of a new heat- resistant explosive. It is synthesized via Ullmann condensation of 1,3- dichlorc-2, 4,6-trinitrobenzene and 3-chloroaniline. In this paper, primarily the conden?sation reaction is discussed, inflnnce of the reaction parameter (reaction temperature, time and mass ratio) and orthogonal design are also studied. Through these the best technological conditions for its preparation are depicted. Structure of the product as obtained under the best technological conditions is identified by IR, Electron Impact MS and Elementary Analysis. The product is shown through these means to be the one expected.
