摘要: 用DSC-库仑池联用仪和飞行时间质谱仪对HMX及其催化体系的热分解进行了研究。结果表明,HMX的热分解具有自动催化的特点;其分解动力学方程可用R=一K1+K2P来描述,并可用K2/K1,值的大小表示自催化作用的强弱。催化剂的加入降低了K2/K1值,即分解受压力的影响交小。同时,催化剂使HMX的分解速率增加,固相分解放热加大,分解温度降低,这些因素有利于HMX-CMDB推进剂燃速的提高和压力指数的降低。

Abstract: Using DSC-Coulometric Nitrogen Oxide Detector,Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer , the authors studied the thermal decomposition characteristics of HMX and its catalytic systems. The results showed that HMX decomposes with the property of autocatalysis. The reaction heat and decomposition rate in the condensed phase of HMX increase and the effect of pressure on the decomposition decreases with the addition of catalysis. These may cause the increase in burning rate and decrease in pressure exponent of HMX-CMDB propellant.
