摘要: 本文简要介绍了正交车铣运动的矢量方程,给出了正交车铣切屑仿真的数学模型,阐述了切屑形状的计算机仿真原理,并得到了不同工艺参数下切屑的仿真结果。分析了不同工艺参数对正交车铣切屑形状的影响,并得到偏心量取 |e|=r-lns时对切削较为有利。

Abstract: The vector equation of orthogonal turn-milling movement is introduced briefly. The mathe?matical model of emulation of orthogonal turn-milling chips is given. The principle of computer emulation of chips is expounded,and the form of chips is emulated under different parameters of processing. Influence of different parameters on the orthogonal turn-milling cmp formation is analyzed. An eccentricity of | e | = r 一 lns is seen to be suitable for orthogonal turn-milling.
