摘要: 多点柔性成形是一种先进的金属板材三维曲面类零件的成形技术。本文介绍了板材多点成形技术中初始坯料设计、成形路径确定以及多点分段成形过渡区设计的有关理论与方法。应用该方法设计了椭球面、不规则曲面的初始坯料,计算了马鞍型样件的最优成形路径。

Abstract: Multi-Point Flexible Forming (MPF) is an advanced processing technique for 3D sheet metal parts. The theory and method on the blank design, determination of forming path and transition area de?sign of sectional forming in MPF are introduced. Initial blanks for ellipsoidal objective surface and an irreg?ular surface were calculated and the optimum forming path for a saddle objective surface was designed by the presented methods.
