A New Method for Even Tranfering Resonance Range in Active Magnetic Bearings

摘要: 电磁轴承是利用电磁力将转子悬浮于空间,使其与定子无机械接触的一种新型、高性能支承部件。本文从改变电磁轴承支承结构出发,论证了电磁轴承系统中平稳过渡共振区域的一种新方法。利用电磁轴承具备主动控制系统和定子与转子之间有较大气隙的有利条件,通过采用电磁轴承双支承结构在转换频率处的支承转换,实现转子在共振区域的平稳过渡。经过仿真验证,该方法切实可行。

Abstract: Active magnetic bearing (AMB) is a high performance and new type of bearing, having the ro?tor levitating in the air gap by the electromagnetic force. A new method for an even tranfering resonance range in the AMB was presented and analyzed in detail. Taking advantage of the active control system and the air gap between the rotor and stator, the bearing point was changed at the point of switching frequency and the formation of a double supporting structure, an even transition was attained. Simulation experiments show that the new methoa is feasible.
