摘要: 自愈式高储能密度金属化膜脉冲电容器是激光惯性约束核聚变装置的关键元器件,由于个体及使用环境的不同,在同一批次电容器中,个体间的可靠性水平存在较大的差异,使用过程中如果对其统一处理,将导致整体系统可用性降低,维护费用增高。针对该问题,利用在线性能数据,采用退化分析方法,对个体金属化膜脉冲电容器进行了在线可靠性评估与性能预计,给出了该型电容器的退化失效模型,通过对实际数据的分析,表明该方法可行。

Abstract: High energy density self-healing metallized film pulse capacitor is the key component of iner?tial confinement laser nuclear fusion facility. Because of different capacitors and variable environment, the reliability is different among the same batch capacitors. The end users of the capacitors are typical?ly more interested in the behavior of a ‘ particular,component used in their system to arrive at optimal component replacement or maintenance strategies leading to improving system utilization. Using degradation analysis method, a degradation failure model to estimate the reliability and predict the per?formance of the metallized film capacitor was presented. The results of the test data analysis prove that tnis method is applicable.
