摘要: 首次从敏感性、易损性和战伤抢修性三个方面构建飞机生存力的评价指标体系;应用协商定权方法赋予各评价指标权重和对飞机生存力进行评价。协商定权方法以最小损失为约束,将各方分歧协调一致,能克服指标定权和评价的偏主观性,具有一定的客观性。实例很好地证明了该方法的合理性和可行性。基于协商定权的飞机生存力评价体系的构建,将对飞机生存力评价与设计产生积极意义。

Abstract: The evaluation criteria system for aircraft survivability was constructed by susceptibility, vulnerability and combat resilience for the first time. Aircraft survivability was evaluated by the evalu?ation indexes of which the weights are determined with proposed bargaining weight method. The bar?gaining weight method brings different opinions into accord with the objectivity under the constraint of the minimum loss, can overcome the partial subjectivity in determining weights and evaluating. The example proves well the rationality and feasibility of the method. The evaluation system for aircraft survivability based on the bargaining weight method has active effects on aircraft survivability evalua?tion and design.
