摘要: 鱼雷维修备件数量的确定是鱼雷维修保障工作的重要内容,是与备件的各种费用和备件保障度密切相关的。因此,在进行备件量优化时,必须同时考虑费用和备件保障度两个因素。在分析鱼雷备件保障度要求的模糊性基础上,建立一次性备件需求量模糊优化数学模型,结合算例对鱼雷备件量进行了优化。结果表明,这种方法具有工程应用价值。

Abstract: The determination of the spare part amount of torpedo is an important work of maintenance and relative to cost and spare part supportability closely. So the cost and the spare part supportability should be considered when the spare part amount is optimized. The fuzzy optimization model of the de-mand amount of unmaintainable spare part based on the analysis of the fuzzy characteristic of the spare part supportability was set up. The optimization results of spare part amount of the torpedo were ob?tained by the model and provided specific data. The results show that the method is a certain value to engineering application.
