液压阀污染磨损失效研究及影响因素分析

摘要: 液压阀的污染磨损失效是履带车辆常见故障之一。从微观角度对液压阀的污染磨损过程进行了分析,运用三体磨损理论和油液分析理论建立了液压阀污染磨损过程模型。通过实例对所建模型进行验证,并对液压阀污染磨损的影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明:所建模型与实际情况比较吻合;阀芯阀体硬度越接近、运动副接触长度越小、阀芯直径越小,则液压阀污染磨损寿命越长;油液污染度越大、大颗粒所占比例越多、工作油压越高、工作温度越高,则液压阀污染磨损寿命越短。

Abstract: The contamination wear failure of hydraulic valve is one of the common faults of tracked vehicle. The contamination wear process of hydraulic valve is analyzed from a micro point of view. A model of contamination wear process is established using the theory of three-body abrasion and oil analysis, and then the model is verified by an example. At last, the influencing factors of the hydraulic valve contamination wear are analyzed. Results show that the model is reliable. A lower hardness difference between the spool and the body, a shorter spool contact length and a smaller spool diameter lead to a longer contamination wear life; a higher oil contamination level, a larger proportion of big particles, a higher operating pressure and a higher operating temperature cause a shorter contamination life.
