水基伪装泡沫传热性能研究

摘要: 水基伪装泡沫具有良好的热红外伪装性能。针对其孔径均匀且多闭孔的结构特点,构建了水基伪装泡沫的单元结构模型,在此基础上,利用等效热阻法建立了传热模型;通过实验制备的水基伪装泡沫样品,验证了该传热模型的合理性;理论分析了发泡倍率和结构因子对水基伪装泡沫有效导热系数的影响,并对发泡机具结构和发泡液配制提出了改进建议。基于等效热阻法的传热模型为研究水基伪装泡沫传热性能、内部结构和制备工艺之间的联系提供了理论基础,对后者的优化具有指导意义。

Abstract: The thermal camouflage effect of aqueous camouflage foam is good. For even aperture and close hole of aqueous camouflage foam, a cell model and a heat transfer model were established using an effective thermal resistance method. Then the rationality of heat transfer model was verified by the experimental samples of aqueous camouflage foam. At last, the relations among effective thermal conductivity, frothing time and structural factor were analyzed, and the good ideas about the foam machine and frothing liquid were put forward. The heat transfer model based on effective thermal resistance method provides a theoretical basis of th research on the relations among heat transfer, interior structure and preparation technique of aqueous camouflage foam, which is very important for the latter.
