摘要: 永磁电机以其高功率密度的优点广泛应用于各种电传动场合,电机绕组温升是决定电机额定功率的重要因素。在电机热分析模型中,绕组模型的等效物性确定是最困难的。采用一种基于电机整机试验的绕组等效热物性拟合方法,并与等效绕组样件测量方法和绕组完整导线模型仿真方法进行对比。试验验证结果表明:受测试条件的限制,绕组样件的应用范围受限;绕组完整导线模型仿真因没有考虑浸渍漆填充效率评估温升偏小,但在设计阶段可以使用;绕组等效热物性拟合方法的准确性较高;该热评估方法可以准确、快速对电机进行热评估,为确定绕组简化模型等效导热系数提出解决方案。

Abstract: Permanent magnet motor is widely used in various electric drive applications because of its high power density. The temperature rise of motor winding is an important factor to determine the rated power of motor. In the thermal analysis model of motor,it is the most difficult to determine the equivalent physical properties of winding model.A fitting method of equivalent thermophysical properties of winding based on motor test is proposed and compared with the measurement method of equivalent winding sample and the simulation method of complete winding wire model. Through the test verification,the winding sample is limited by the test conditions and its application scope is limited.The temperature rise of the whole wire model is small because the filling efficiency of impregnating varnish is not considered,but it can be used in the design stage. The fitting method of equivalent thermophysical properties of winding has high accuracy.Through verification,the proposed thermal evaluation method can accurately and quickly evaluate the thermophysical properties of motor winding,and a solution is proposed to determine the equivalent thermal conductivity of the simplified winding model.
