基于剩余寿命的潜在故障优化维修方法研究

摘要: 潜在故障往往会造成重大的安全隐患和经济损失。不明显潜在故障的判断,依赖于设备的定期检测。基于潜在故障发生后部件的剩余寿命,以求取部件单位时间内长期运行的最小平均费用为目标,构建了定期检测与定期维修相结合的维修模型,同时讨论了部件加速恶化对维修的影响。定期检测能够及时判断潜在故障的发生,潜在故障判别后实施的定期维修策略,能够有效利用部件的剩余寿命,从而实现了部件使用寿命的最大化。

Abstract: A latent fault usually leads to great security risk and financial loss. The judgment of unobvious latent fault judgment relies on regular inspection. A regular inspection and periodic maintenance model, which aims to acquire the minimal mean cost of long-term operation of component, was proposed based on the residual life after the occurrence of latent fault, and the influence of accelerating deterioration on maintenance was discussed. The latent fault occurrence can be estimated in time through the regular inspection. Furthermore, the periodic maintenance strategy used after latent fault appearance can make full use of residual life of component and maximize its service life.
