基于混凝土地面的装药爆炸冲击波反射特性

摘要: 为进一步探究装药爆炸后混凝土地面冲击波反射特性,通过装药爆炸冲击波传播理论以及冲击波在不同介质界面间的传播理论,引入待解析的介质相关性衰减系数β,对冲击波在空气-混凝土界面传播特性进行分析,解析得到系数β,通过β表征混凝土地面不同距离处的反射超压,同时建立装药爆炸的有限元模型。通过数值模拟研究混凝土地面的反射特性,分析冲击波的传播过程,得到不同距离处的反射超压值,进一步开展试验研究,对80 kg级TNT装药爆炸后混凝土地面反射超压进行测试,得到距爆心水平距离5~20 m测点处的反射超压。研究结果表明:反射超压随着距离的增加呈现下降的趋势,得到试验工况下比例距离-超压的拟合公式;试验测试值与通过β表征的反射超压值较为接近,因此引入衰减系数β表征混凝土地面反射超压的计算方法,可为研究混凝土地面的反射特性提供一定的参考。

Abstract: In order to further investigate the shock wave reflection characteristics of the concrete floor after the charge explosion, through the theory of shock wave propagation of the charge explosion and the theory of shock wave propagation between the interfaces of different media, the introduction of medium correlation attenuation coefficient β to be analyzed, the shock wave propagation characteristics of the air-concrete interface, analyzed to obtain the coefficient of β, β characterizes the reflection of the concrete floor at different distances from the overpressure, and at the same time, the establishment of a charge Explosion of the finite element model, through numerical simulation to study the reflection characteristics of the concrete floor, analyze the propagation process of the shock wave, to get the value of the reflection of the overpressure at different distances, and further carry out experimental research on the 80 kg TNT charge explosion concrete floor reflection of the overpressure to test the reflection of the overpressure at the point of measurement from the center of the explosion at the level of the distance of 5-20 m, the results show that: the reflection of the overpressure with the distance of the results show that the reflected overpressure with the increase of the distance shows a decreasing trend, and the fitting formula of proportional distance-overpressure under the test condition is derived. Test values and β characterized by the reflection of the value of the overpressure is closer, so the introduction of attenuation coefficient β characterization of the concrete ground reflection of the calculation of overpressure can provide a certain reference for the study of the reflective properties of concrete floors.
