轻型无人机起落架设计与强度分析

摘要: 为弥补轻型无人机起落架或助飞系统相关研究的不足,针对一种特定轻型无人机进行起落架的设计和分析。根据实际的应用需求,提出一种轻型无人机起落架结构和电气系统的设计方案。基于无人机质量采用ANSYS仿真软件建立有限元计算模型,对起落架结构的强度进行受力分析和仿真。结构强度分析结果表明:起落架最大形变量为0.6 mm,满足设计要求;所设计的轻型无人机起落架具有结构简单、质量轻、可靠性高等优点,为相关研究和工程应用提供了一种解决思路。

Abstract: A landing gear for a specific light UAV is designed and analyzed to make up for the lack of research on the landing gear or flight-assisting system of light UAVs. According to the actual application requirements,a design scheme of the landing gear structure and electrical system of a light UAV was proposed. Based on the weight of UAV,Ansys simulation software is used to establish a finite element calculation model,and the strength of landing gear structure was analyzed and simulated. The results of structural strength analysis show that the maximum deformation of landing gear is 0.6 mm,which meets the design requirements.The light UAV landing gear designed in this paper has the advantages of simple structure,light weight and high reliability,which provides a solution for related research and engineering applications.
