Abstract: For the problem that the propellant structure is difficult to meet the increasing demand of complex structure, a model of extrusion deposition 3D printing is established, and the process parameters in the extrusion deposition 3D printing are determined. The influences of 3D printing process parameters, such as needle inner diameter, printing speed and temperature, on propellant size and tensile strength were experimentally studied. The results show that, when the inner diameter of the needle is 0.7 mm, the printing speed is 3 mm/s, and the temperature is 35 ℃, the size of printed propellant sample is the best. When the inner diameter of the needle is 0.7 mm, the printing speed is 4 mm/s, and the floor temperature is 35 ℃, the tensile strength of printed propellant sample is the best.
