基于等效载荷的零件可靠性分析

摘要: 研究了考虑强度退化时零件可靠度与载荷作用次数和时间的关系。当强度退化时,传统的载研究了考虑强度退化时零件可靠度与载荷作用次数和时间的关系。当强度退化时,传统的载荷-强度干涉模型不能用于计算随机载荷多次作用时的可靠度。考虑载荷对零件造成的损伤,提出了基于等效载荷的可靠度计算模型。当载荷历程为泊松过程时,在强度为载荷作用次数和载荷大小的函数的前提下,得到时变可靠度计算模型。此外,当零件同时承受工作载荷和来自工作环境的载荷时,建立了多个载荷作用下的零件时变可靠度计算模型。数值算例表明,强度退化对于可靠性评估有着重要的影响。提出的模型适用于计算考虑强度退化时的可靠性变化规律。

Abstract: The relationship between reliability and loading times, considered the strength degradation,was studied. When strength degrades and random loading acts many times, the traditional load-strength interference model can not be applied to the reliability calculation. Taking the damage caused by random loading, a reliability model based on the equivalent load was proposed. When the loading process is a Poisson process, a time-dependent reliability model could be used, assuming that the strength is the function of loading times magnitude of loading. In addition, if the components were subjected to work and environment loads simultaneously, a reliability model under multi-loading was available. The calculation results show that the strength degradation will affect the reliability greatly. The models proposed in this paper are suitable for the reliability calculation, when the strength degrades.
