摘要: 本文研究了低压铸造充型凝固仿真的数学模型及其求解条件,建立了缩孔缩松缺陷预测的物理数学模型,并成功地应用于发动机缸盖的低压铸造仿真,与实际取得了一致的效果。

Abstract: Mathematical models and conditions of finding their solutions for the simulation of filling and solidification upon low pressure casting are studied. The physical and mathematical models of cav?ity and porosity predication are put forward. Simulation results for an engine cylinder head agree well with the actual results.
