摘要: 本文介绍了一种用于野战移动通信系统的宽带微波信道接收机,采用单片微波集成电路( MMIC)实现。讨论了接收机总体及主要电路设计、验算与测量,给出在12% fo带宽内满意的试验结果。该机具有体积小(50mm×lOOmm×25mm)、重量轻、性能可靠的特点,已通过系统联机试验。

Abstract: Project wireless channel receiver aimed at is a part of a mobile communication system. A num?ber of monolithic microwave integrated circuits(MMIC) and surface mount components are used. Detailed analysis and design of the system scheme are given. Test results of the system circuits are also introduced.
