摘要: 在制动实验室1:1动态实验台上对实物进行实验研究的基础上,基于非线性有限元分析软件MSC.Patran和MSC.Marc对270 km/h高速列车“中华之星”制动系统的制动盘温度场及其热应力的分布规律进行了计算机仿真,仿真结果与现场测试结果基本吻合,反映了制动盘温度场及其热应力的分布规律,并揭示了影响制动盘温度场及其热应力分布的主要因素,制动盘在制动实验台上的实验和实际装车运行实验表明,它能满足实际使用要求。

Abstract: The temperature field and thermal stress of brake plate for 270 km/h high-speed train were studied by use of MSC.Patran and MSC. Marc on the basis of experimental research to real brake plate. The computer simulation of temperature field and thermal stress of brake plate was studied when braked. A mathematical model on temperature field and thermal stress of brake plate was established on the basis of theory and experimental research. The simulation result is conformed to the experimen?tal test outcome. The simulation result reflects the distribution law of temperature field and thermal stress of real brake plate. The main factor which influences the temperature field and thermal stress of brake plate is revealed. It is proved by the experiment of brake in the test platform and the fieldwork of high-speed train that the brake plate used for high-speed train can satisfy the need of practical use.
