Abstract: Characteristic and demand of damage efficiency assessment were analysed. The method how to solve engineering application of system target damage assessment was advanced. Introducing damage tree way, we analysed the target function frame and. confirmed the key sub-target. The target system was decomposed into a series of typical targets, in which method the index of damage effect was select?ed. The quantitative relation between target physical damage and efficiency attenuation is settled by the exponent method.
