摘要: 在总结装备非计划维修过程特点的基础上,进行了非计划停机时间组成及影响因素分析。采用有色Petri网建立了多类任务并行维修的过程模型,实现了维修资源动态组合和服务台数量动态变化的形式化建模。结合维修任务生成模型,实现了装备非计划维修停机时间分析功能,最后进行了实例研究。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of equipment unscheduled maintenance process, the elements of un?scheduled maintenance downtime and its influence factors on the downtime were analyzed. A multi?type tasks concurrent maintenance model was constructed based on colored Petri net, wmch reflects the maintenance resource dynamic combination and dynamic variation of the server number.Combined with task generation model, the equipment unscheduled maintenance downtime was analyzed. At last, an example was studied.
