破片对屏蔽炸药冲击起爆的数值模拟和分析

摘要: 分别对钢、铜、钨破片撞击不同厚度屏蔽装药进行了数值仿真并用已有实验结果验证了仿真结果的正确性,分析了起爆过程。采用“升一降”法研究了装药的起爆临界速度,采用最小二乘法得到了临界理论起爆判据的参数孢、忌,并验证了理论判据的正确性。理论判据的给出可以很好的描述屏蔽炸药的起爆特性,为冲击起爆实验研究和后续的可靠性研究提供很好的理论参考。

Abstract: The numerical simulation of explosive covered with a metal plate of different thicknesses was studied at impacted respectively by iron, cooper and tungsten fragments; the data validity was proved by the existing experimented result; the initiation process was analyzed. By means of the up-down method, the critical detonating velocities were gained. Characteristic parameters n, k of critical energy criterion were gained by the least-square method. The critical detonating velocities were calculated through critical energy criterion, which are consistent with those of the numerical simulation. Theo?retical criterion is good for describing ignition characteristics. It can provide a reference for experiment and reliability studies in the future.
